Refund & Returns Policy

This policy is intended to operate consistently with mandatory Egyptian consumer-protection rights. Where the law gives you a more favorable right, the law prevails.
1. Physical goods
For eligible goods, consumers may have the right to return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions and provided the item remains in a condition that permits return. Defective goods may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer-protection rules.
2. Return condition
Where applicable, the product should be returned with its original components, accessories and packaging and without damage caused by misuse. Statutory exceptions may apply to goods whose nature, packaging, customisation or condition prevents return.
3. Shipping costs
Return-shipping responsibility follows applicable law and the circumstances of the return. If a product is defective or supplied incorrectly, The Maestro Box will handle the case in accordance with mandatory legal obligations.
4. Courses and digital content
Because digital course materials are made available once access is activated, course fees are generally not refundable after access has been activated and the customer has begun benefiting from the content. Exceptions may be reviewed where a material technical defect prevents use of the service or where the contracted service was not supplied, without limiting any mandatory rights provided by applicable law. If access has not yet been activated, you may submit a request for review.
5. Consultations
If you need to change a consultation, contact us as early as possible. We will try to reschedule where operationally possible. Cancellation/refund rights remain subject to mandatory law and the extent to which the consultation service has already been supplied.
6. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Statutory time limits apply where required.
