1. Acceptance

By using The Maestro Box or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the website.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration details and for keeping login credentials confidential. Course access is personal and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

3. Courses and digital content

Course materials are provided for personal educational use only. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, paid course access is valid for 365 days from activation. When the access period ends, course viewing is paused while the learner account and recorded progress are retained; an annual renewal may be offered at the renewal price shown at the time of renewal. Recording, copying, publishing, screen-capturing for redistribution, sharing access credentials, or commercially reusing course content without written permission is prohibited.

4. Physical products

Product descriptions, availability, prices and delivery estimates may be updated. Images are illustrative; reasonable differences in display color may occur.

5. Consultations

Consultations are educational/coaching sessions and are not medical diagnosis or treatment. A booking is confirmed only after confirmation from The Maestro Box.

6. Prices and payments

Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to the order, subject to any lawful correction of obvious errors. Payment processing is subject to the chosen gateway’s terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Maestro Box name, visual identity, original videos, training materials, photographs, text and other original content are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape protected course content, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

9. Safety

Boxing and physical training involve risk of injury. Follow safety instructions and seek appropriate medical advice before intensive exercise where necessary.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory consumer rights under applicable Egyptian law, including Law No. 181 of 2018.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
